LUX Authentics is the certificate of choice when authenticating luxury goods, and LUX offers the following financial guarantee.
A LUX Authentics certificate is backed by a 30 day Financial Guarantee.
If you believe that a verified item is not authentic, please contact us to request a shipping label to return the item to us for reinspection.
In the event that we deem an item we have verified is not authentic, you will be fully reimbursed for the purchase price of the item. If we deem the item again to be authentic, you may appeal and we will send the item to another independent authenticator. The cost for the appeal is $125 to cover shipping and the cost of the third party authenticator.
If the third party authenticator finds the item to not be authentic, the purchase price as well as the appeal cost will be refunded. If the third party authenticator finds the item authentic, the item will be returned to the certificate holder.
The ruling of the third party authenticator will be final.
